With clients now relying more on the computerized manipulation of images, artwork and transparencies are often sent over before the job begins. Bright Arts often supplies the client with lo-res images and retains the hi-res images until the client returns the page layouts. Using cross linked files they then substitute the hi-res images with the instructions for changes and outputs film and proofs. Clients can then judge the results and make adjustments to the films.

The people at Bright Arts bring a depth of experience to the job and can help out with even unusual requests, from laying out dimensions for packaging to suggestions for artist to improve the final output of a delicate children's book. They have worked with companies publishing books and then using the same files on-line in their websites. Scanned images can be used for manipulation and laser out put by the client, substituted for hi-res images and used for the final film, or edited and used as web images.
